The Father Son Relationship of Abraham, Isaac, God The Father and God The Son
All the promises of God were wrapped up in the birth of Isaac. Abraham would have passed on all the blessings and teachings of The Lord through verbal communication. A precious relationship between father and son. Abrahams son Isaac was spared, Gods Son was not.

32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?
There is a wonderful love between The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Just as Abraham watched over the development of his son, so did our Heavenly Father watch over the development of His, growing up in an imperfect world and ultimately becoming the sacrifice for all of mankind.
